Documentation

Documentation or the Working Drawings stage is when the project is at a stage where sufficient detail is required to be assessed for the Building Permit and for Tender / Pricing, and subsequently for Construction works.

We work efficiently to keep this process as streamlined as possible to ensure that a clear and concise set of documents is produced, including:

  • Site Plans
  • Demolition Plans
  • Proposed Floor Plans
  • Reflected Ceilings Plans
  • Finishes Plans
  • Roof Plan
  • External Elevations
  • Sections
  • Details
  • Internal Elevations
  • Finishes Schedules
  • Fixtures Schedules
  • Door & Windows Schedules

We have intimate knowledge of the BCA / NCC and many Australian Standards, in particular AS1428.1 2009 (Assessibility)

We have excellent relationships with quality consultants that may be required to achieve Building Permit requirements, including:

We also have excellent relationships with builders who specialise in a different types of construction typologies and will be pleased to arrange introductions and formalise Tender invitations.
